Project Update

We are so excited about our first new construction project in South Austin and the progress we have made so far.

To date:

• Foundation - Complete

• Framing - Complete

• Window and siding installation - Complete

• Electric and Plumbing rough - Complete

• Exterior paint - Complete

• HVAC - Complete

After inspections for plumbing and electrical rough we will be ready for drywall and all things interior to begin! This puts us into February or March for final completion of both homes.

Interior Finishes

We are excited to announce we have hired a local designer to choose finish outs for this project and give the new homeowner a completely custom feel! Marble tile, brass fixtures, and more are going to give both homes a completely custom look at a great price!
